Irregularity Caused By Impacted Stools

For some reason most medical doctors don’t bother to ask their patients if they're having regular bowel movements. Then again, most people don't know what "regular" bowel movements are. Most think that it's not important to have a bowel movement every day. At the same time, their doctors think its ok if their patients only have 2-3 bowel movements a week. Which is a definite sign of you having impacted stools in your colon.

If you were to have one or more bowel movements a day, you may still be constipated. Sounds hopeless, well have no fear and keep reading. If you're leaving fecal matter along the inner lining of your colon because you don’t eat enough fiber and drink enough water, this is constipation. In case you didn't know, constipation is the elimination of ALL fecal matter that passes through your colon after every meal.

When you sit on the toilet do you have to stay there over 10 minutes pushing, straining, or struggling to have a bowel movement, and you still don't feel empty...then you're constipated. Straining leads to hemorrhoids, varicose veins, and/or fissures. So it's pretty easy to know if you have impacted stools in your colon. If you eat three times a day, then you should have three bowel movements a day. Your first bowel movement should be in the morning when you wake up or soon after you have breakfast. You should experience the urge for a bowel movement no more than 10 hours after you eat. Anything more than 10 hours and you know you're very constipated, and you have meals backing up in your colon and staying there too long.

When you have impacted stools because waste is staying too long in your colon, water and toxins are pulled out of the fecal matter and absorbed through your colon wall back into the body. This auto-intoxication causes all kinds of insidious health problems, while also making the impacted stools stiff and hard. You will now have a hard time moving this hard and toxic fecal matter through the colon sections and out the rectum. The result is puffing and straining, while at the same time creating an unhealthy body.

It's very important to keep your elimination regular to avoid creating impacted stools in your colon. A good internal cleansing product can really help you.
